Diffuse Essential Oils during Yoga session. Just add 6 to 10 drops of essential oil to diffuser. The water mist coupled with the gentle release of aroma, will create a potent ambience during your yoga practice.

10 drops of Orange

6 drops of Tea Tree

6 drops of Lavender

9 drops of Lavender

6 drops of Peppermint

9 drops of Eucalyptus

7 drops of Cypress


Grounding and Strengthening:

10 drops of Cedarwood Himalayan
