Although diffusing is now commonly associated with electric diffusers, homemade natural sprays and reed diffusers can also be used. HOW TO USE
- Diffuse 5-6 drops of Lavender oil to promote rest and relaxation, helping it to treat anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
- Dilute 5 drops of Lavender oil in 2 tbls Grapeseed oil and massage to detoxify, unclog, tone, and brighten the skin, relieves itching, and help treat acne.
- Add couple drops to shampoo to strength hair.
- If burned, apply Lavendere Essential Oil. Burning will decrease.

USING LAVENDER OIL IN A DIFFUSER: GET BETTER SLEEP
LAVENDER DIFFUSER BLEND TO INDUCE SLEEP
9 drops Lavender
2 drops Orange
4 drops Balsam Fir
INSTRUCTIONS
Put oils into a small spray bottle and fill with 60 ml distilled water. Shake the bottle to thoroughly combine the blend. Spray over the bed or onto pillows just before bed time.

4 drops Lavender
1 drop Patchouli
2 drops Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a glass or plastic bottle. Pour into a warm bath. Stir ingredients thoroughly into bath water. Soak in the bath.Store remaining oil in a cool, dark place outside of the bathroom, which can become humid.

LAVENDER BLEND FOR A FACIAL STEAM
4 drops Lavender
5 drops Balsam Fir
3 cups Distilled water
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil 3 cups of distilled or purified water. Remove the water from the heat and allow it to cool in a bowl for 5 minutes.Add the essential oils to the water and stir. Place the bowl somewhere stable and comfortable where you can sit for 10 minutes. Drape a large bath towel over your head, shoulders, and the bowl. Lean over the bowl with your face 10-12 inches away from the water, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax.Ensure that your eyes are closed during the entire steam, as the oils may irritate open eyes.
LAVENDER CONDITIONING SHAMPOO
6 drops Lavender
1 drop Ylang Ylang
2 drops Lemon
100 ml Shampoo Base
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a clean, dark container.Use a small dab to lather hair, then rinse. Repeat, if necessary. Follow up with a conditioner or rinse.
